Sir John Soane’s Museum works confirmed for ‘Centuries in the making’

‘Sir John Soane’s Museum will be lending ten of Grinling Gibbons’ design drawings for Hampton Court Palace to the Grinling Gibbons Society’s tercentennial exhibition at Bonhams in Bond Street later this year.

The Gibbons drawings collection at the Soane Museum is the largest surviving corpus of his exquisite works on paper, and we are delighted to support this major celebration of Gibbons’ pioneering work and legacy.’
